Wine produced by a red native grape variety called Gambarossa, also well-known as Gamba di Pernice.
Characterized by intense spicy aromas penetrating and prickly as black pepper and other oriental spices, lends itself well to ageing.
Excellent to accompany agnolotti, game and meat dishes, cheeses too.
Serve at 18°-20°C.
